After that first 20 minutes in the first, I've not seen us play so retarded this season. Looked much better with the changes.

I can see both sides of the coin here, I get flustrated with poor performances when we scrape a 1-0, not because I feel we have the right to batter teams, but becasue it means that the line between sucess and failure is just so very fine, and we have no sea room, so if the 1-0 wins become 0-0 and the 0-0 become 0-1's then we have a problem. If we are creating a lot of chances every game, yes, we might get turned over now and again, but you know we will also win our fair share, if we are only creating a couple of chances a game, then is doesnt take a genius to work out we are taking a risk. Stoke have never been a team to casue a cup upset, or to comfortably beat teams we should do, we could go to The Emirates and get a battling draw, then go to Wigan and lose 2-0, its just the way we are, so if we are playing poorly, it makes us all nervous. Wouldnt it better to be up on 18 points by now? While we sail so close to the wind, you know that one season we will be in a real relegation scrap, I really hope that this season isnt it. You would think comparing our team with the one of the first season in the Prem, we should be pushing on a little by now, but I am still as nervous as a kitten on the M6.
