I think it's reasonable to assume that the incident did happen, I'm sure the older posters will confirm that shit like this was pretty common place (this is on the severe side but I'm sure much worse happened also) in the workplace, there's countless pranks / initiations that I've heard of.
I'm not saying this behaviour was right and I feel for he claimant but I can't help feeling that the case is being brought with moral standards of 2015 for events that happened 30 years ago.
Any of you thinking of suing SoT city council for the fucking good hiding a you got of your teachers in the 70/80s?
