Take 1 x any shop within a mile radius of your home 1 x Batchelors Minestrone cup a soup 1 x Kettle with pre boiled hot water (hot tap water is exceptable if coming in pissed) put contents of soup into a cup and then add the hot water and stir for a perfect cup of minestrone soup  |

Lobby is an ad hoc recipe, known locally known as a "throw-in" or "chuck in" recipe. Traditional lobby contained left over meat, animal bones, diced onion and other vegetables thrown in to maximise the flavour all boiled in a pot. Lobby |

Harissa Chicken and Sweet Potato with Lemon Dressing;'
Mix 2 tbsp harissa paste with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Add three chicken breasts, skin on and two large sweet potatoes, cut into chunks, not peeled. Mix everything together then put into roasting tin and cook for around 25 mins or until cooked.
If you want a dressing, chop rind (not flesh) of a preserved lemon and whisk with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin oil and juice of one ordinary lemon. Then serve over salad to go with chicken.

Banana Tika Masala
2 x semi ripe bananas
1 x Tesco light masala sauce
1 capful of EXTRA virgin olive oil
Chop the bananas into chunks stick them into a baking tray and pour the oil and sauce over the top and bake for 3 hours
