To be fair, he could push Huth and Shawcross and we do now have 4 good centre backs but a striker really is a priority and I fear we won't get one.  |

Im glad we didnt pay a fee for him but I think hes a good addition to the fold for a free. He will give increased competition which will benefit Huthy and Ryan and he can do us a job in the cup competitions and save us burning our better defenders out. He isnt everyones favourite, me included, but hes a Stokie now and deserves our support and the chance to prove himself |

Well, I'll eat my words and willing to let him prove me wrong, he's committed his immediate future to Stoke, I think we all should give him the benefit of a chance. Didn't really shine in a clusterfuck of wank West Ham, but what player would with Rob fucking Green behind you?
Look at it this way, Sonko (shudder) and Abdy out, Woodgate and Upson in. And he's free so fuck it.
