if was just a few swearies then I'm sure you'll be back on in a few days... our member count will take a right fucking pounding  As far as I can tell, the ban is permanent, I'm not going back though even if it isn't. I emailed them and asked them to close or delete the account, doesn't look like they are going to respond but they seem to have done it for others. It's all very sad. I have always been a big fan of the Oatcake. I now suspect they may have been pissed off with me for quite some time but they never said a word. Just a ban. |

I thought he was on about Garden Banter A bloke started chatting to me in the pub watching the Chelsea game who apparently posts as Shanghai Potter- seemed to know me and claimed to have met me a couple of times- total news to me. you still in chinky land then? he is ex Royal Navy, messaged me a while back about sonething to do with running. |

looking at your posts over there, you seem to be very very very very negative on every subject, have you ever considered a role at Samaritans  ? I was negative on Saturday because I felt we threw it away. Again. I'm not always negative. I find it astonishing that after fourteen years as regular poster, posting "fuck" a few times gets me a lifetime ban from a football message board! Or perhaps they'd had enough of my views. Maybe you're not allowed to be overcritical of the team. I don't know or particularly care. It's disappointing they couldn't have messaged me and asked me to cut out the swearing. I mean, it's a football board - being a bit pissed off after a defeat is surely something they might expect could happen. Perhaps there's a different reason, if so I have no idea what it is since they have not responded to my email either. Shabby way to treat people, at a time when forums generally are gradually losing out to Facebook and other social media platforms. If I'd been there five minutes I could perhaps understand. I think it's shoddy in the extreme, but I won't be losing any sleep over it. yep, shabby not to contact you, not sure who mclovin was, only knew about smudge and werrington, met them on the plane going to hannover on the way to hamburg |

Was a bit of a please don't go attention thing to his cronies on there. That was years ago and last time I read it. Saw him blocking the concourse a few weeks ago at a game with mcLovin and some bloke who I forget what he's called. |

Thinking about it I have met him , dawned on me later who he was. He used to get into a pub in Bangkok- grown a beard since then.....him not me. He was convinced that some bloke brought me over a load of oatcakes but wasn't me as don't care for them.....I think he was confusing me with a Chinese person |

Was a real jealous idiot. Can't say I remember meeting him. Seemed to have some obsession about cars and stuff. Kind of laughed him off then blocked him.

I saw McLovin a few weeks back and after all his lip on there he put his head down and walked past , not that I wanted to speak to him or anything- he's like the boring Priest in Father Ted.. Not sure if Jezza posts on there but was a decent lad,still see Paul Spencer about town and his lad, forget his name, Frank Spencer maybe
