cracking day today for showings, I did the market drayton 10k, it was very warm, the ladies were down to running vests and little tight lycra shorts  |

Viva la Benidorm, as they say in France.
There's some fitness freak girl at my Uni and she's absolutely stunning. She's just run past my house, so I'm waiting at the window for her to come past again for purpose of the wank bank.

Yesterday the sun was out although there was a slight chill in the air out of the sun. There was a young lady with rather small but still very lovely boobs who had decided that she didn't need to wear a bra, her nips were hard and trying to poke through her tight top. It was one of those little moments of joy that make life good!
