Looking for games to go watch and only see games on the Saturday I get off of the plane in London.
International break?
Where is the information on games for the break?
Does the lower leagues keep playing in a break?
I'm in London that week with the kids.
That last for the help up front.

International break? There will be some Premier League games moved to Sunday 18th March when the TV companies decide which games they want to cover. It looks like there is an International break over the weekend of March 24. This is for friendly matches used as warm up games for the World Cup in the summer. There is a good chance that England will be playing at Wembley Stadium although it doesn't look like any match has been arranged yet. Where is the information on games for the break? Good question. The FA are a bit rubbish. Does the lower leagues keep playing in a break? The Premier League and the Championship (the league below the Premier) are the only ones affected. www.skysports.com/football/fixtures-results/24-march-2018Charlton Athletic are the only London club playing at home but there are a few other games that are only a short train ride away. Wycombe are playing Stoke on Trent's second team 'Port Vale' although watching that might put you off football for life. Southend is a short trip to the seaside but that might be a bit grim in March.

Take a day trip down to watch Portsmouth v Oxford on the train, and take them around the historic dockyard, mary Rose (henry 8 flagship) HMS Warrior (first Iron clad battleship), HMS Victory (Admiral nelson), it's about 90 minutes from London Waterloo to Portsmouth on the train and stops at Portsmouth Harbour Station, next to Gunwarf quays (shops and food outlets and the spinnaker tower) and the dockyard, then its 10 minutes back on the train to Fratton to where Portsmouths ground is, they are very noisy and get about 15,000 fans still in their league. www.historicdockyard.co.uk/gunwharf-quays.com/www.spinnakertower.co.uk/

It's best to get tickets before hand, as it's not the biggest stadium, about 20k I think. It's also one of the old remaining stadiums that will remind you of when football was at it's peak in the UK, post 2nd WW, ground at the heart of the community and nestled in amongst a lot of terraced house streets.

Have a pint in the pub first Often the best place. I asked for a pint in a book shop last time there and was asked to leave under the Stupidity Act of 1905

I’m here in London.
Did not workout to see any games. I think there is a league one game in London on Thursday may try to go see it.
Took the kids to: wicked, the shard, Camden market, Churchill war rooms.
It’s been good. They have enjoyed it.
Northy and I are having bbq close to the flat tomorrow night.
