I was excited when he signed. Truthfully he been dire, whether the fault of the club or of his own accord, dire. Linked with Afobe in the Sun, and Vydra mentioned in the sentinel again. I expect both are based on nothing, but them 2 would see us back in the premier league this time next year. Wolves have just signed Afobe, are thye going to sell him straight away or loan him ? |

Essentially more money after his current contract has a 50% wage cut. And it'll no doubt have a clause where he can leave for pittance if we fail to get promoted this year.

Andre Gray linked today - £14m. I think Watford would let him go but it’s depend what other offers he’d have and whether or not he’d drop a division.
Hints at interest in Dwight Gayle also.
2 of Afobe, Gray and Gayle would do just nicely. Pace, power and plenty of goals.
I’d take McClean in a pool of 3/4 wingers too.
And a press conference scheduled tomorrow. I wonder if back room staff will be in place by then and if we’ll have afobe signed up and announced in time for it?
