As Campers pointed out the other day defender Edna Stevens has signed a one year deal with us from Sheffield United. We appear to have signed someone called Dame Edna Stevens. Thats nice, her flowery dresses and bouffant grey hair will cheer the place up a little. |

Another new signing today. Centre back Michael Rose on a free transfer from Coventry. Don't know too much about him but he has plenty experience at Championship level. I think we offered £750,000 for him last January and Coventry told us to fuck off.

I think we offered £750,000 for him last January and Coventry told us to fuck off. Probably be a good signing. Has loads of pace for a defender and he has come to Stoke for free so there is money to spend elsewhere in the team  |

Matija Sarkic will not be coming back to Stoke after his loan spell last season. Deal agreed with Wolves for £1.25 million but Sarkic wanted a shit ton of cash for the privilege of playing for Stoke. We are after Mark Travers from Bournemouth instead now.
