disappointed with the result today but the performance wasn't bad. we deserved something out of the game but ended up with another home defeat. Cardiff away next, a game we could possibly win.

Is everyone happy with today's line-up?

Fuck off....
Cardiff haven't scored at home since Boxing Day but it only takes them five minutes against us.

Cardiff 2 nil up now. I'm not confident of a Stoke comeback.

2-1
Baker free kick saved and Bae scored with the rebound.
Might lift our players fragile confidence (and my fragile confidence in them).

Sounds like the players tried their best to get an equaliser but weren't quite good enough. Results haven't gone our way. Must stop conceding so many goals if we want to stay up.

It's looking grim for us but there is still a long way to go. Rotherham are pretty much down. There are about five teams including Stoke who are in danger of filling the other two relegation spots.

Time to rally we need about nine points to stay up. I’ve seen this beat people we were not supposed to beat before, but I fear we are going down.

We often win the games that we are expected to lose so who knows how we will do in the next game against Middlesbrough. It would be a massive help to score first for a change.

Listening to Newstalk here in Ireland, their "On the Ball" show is pretty good. They were talking about the start of the League of Ireland season and how Derry City got a point away at Sligo Rovers and the panel were wondering if it was 2 points dropped for Derry, then one of pipes up, "well, its a difficult place to go to, its the Stoke on Trent of Ireland" and a lively discussion followed. I think they meant how it was 10 years ago, not now!
