Forgot to post this on Saturday when West Brom were playing Arsenal. It appears that two groups of Arse fans with more money than sense decided that it wouldn't be completely embarrassing and cringe worthy to pay for a couple of planes to fly over The Baggies Hawthorns Ground with stupid banners. What's wrong with chanting the managers name to show your support for him or hurling the abuse if you think he's a twat. Costs nothing and is quite good fun. Arsenal fans are seriously lame. I think people who do this kind of stuff are just showing off about how much money they think they have. And two doing it on the same day at the same time with opposing views? It's got 'prearranged stunt' written all over it. As for Wenger himself - I'm all for stability but he's been there way to long. They haven't won the title since 2004, nor have they particularly looked like doing so. He should step away with dignity and respect - which to be fair he probably deserves - rather than let himself get sacked and it all go acrimonious. |

Koscielny sent off and out of the cup final. Apparently Gabriel got an injury that looked quite bad so he looks likely to miss out.
Stoke won and I won a grand on my Acca....good day all round!

Was hundreds in the pub and me sat in the corner watching a portable looking relic of a TV on my own ..other half had gone shopping for tacky leprechauns and tat. Wish we would play Dundalk or someone pre season. |
