This is going to sound reallyyyyy shit but I'm struggling to get totally into it. I love the look and feel of it but I don't know, there's just something that's stopping me from finding it mind-blowing.

Since I moved to uni last week and had to settle for a small TV I've been on it for about 15 minutes. Still 17 missions away from completing the story.
Kind of glad though, means I have more to do when I get my good TV back.
Plus by then any problems with online should be sorted.

I love the look and feel of it but I don't know, there's just something that's stopping me from finding it mind-blowing. Strange. It's pretty much a culmination of everything for me. The acting of the characters pulled me in. Even the prologue, straight away you can tell it's more of an adult game. It genuinely feels like an uncomfortable, perhaps regrettable situation. Everything is just so well implemented.

I think it's safe to say there would always be problems with the servers initially and they did come out saying they were anticipating there would be issues. Just a question of how long it takes them to fix.

It'll probably be a couple of days until we can actually do anything properly online, which is a shame.
It'll all be fiiiiiiiiiiiine.

Maybe it's just because I'm in a miserable bastard mood (and have been for the last two weeks) that I'm not enjoying playing it like I should.

I'd suggest sitting on your hand for an hour then having a wank.

I can't wait for Red Dead Redemption 2 ..... Red Dead is still the best game on the 360 for me.

Can't see online working for at least several more days, wouldn't be surprised if it takes weeks to get it fully functional.

Finally on!
It appears that the graphics don't load up quick enough, loading times are ridiculously slow and you can't save anything apparently but it's a starting point I guess.

After such great character building and missions, Mexico was wank and the map was ill thought out, having to constantly trail from one end of the map to the other. It was beautiful, especially during sunset, but was a right old ball ache. Because it was set during the Mexican revolution, I was expecting more in terms of scale. It soon got better after returning to America.

Anyone fancy a couple of hours "crewing it up" online tonight?
