Where's that then? What facilities were there?? The website is pretty wank but electric hook up and 5 minutes walk from the beach can't be bad for £25 a night. Actually tal y bont two miles from Barmouth town. www.tyddyngoronwy.co.uk

a pre camping season bump, any suggestions within a 2 hr drive of the motherland appreciated. Some kind of hotel. Last thing I want is to be on a campsite- Windsor Davies and Jack Douglas in a caravan next to you

Could be worse, Windsor Davies and Donald sinden in the tents either side? As long as the tents were pitched next to a small bridge

I know that pub, more of an eating place but was there last Summer. You know who love to go there in their sailor hats and tight shorts....?

Depends on how good your kit is, if u are only driving , parking and camping just chuck a couple of duvets in and they will be grand

A fan heater might set your tent on fire.... I imagine that you, Mr Jones have one of those massive tents that could sleep about twenty people but a sensible sized tent and good quality sleeping bags would keep a family warm at Easter. Adding duvets as Campervan recommends would make you all toasty-roasty and possibly too warm. You'll be just fine even somewhere extreme like Wales.

Come on lads, let's get home, the sky's beginning to bruise, night must fall and we shall be forced to camp
