Promising start to the weekend, on my way up to play 5 a side last night there was a fantastic site. This girl on a bike riding up towards the round a bout on Weston Road stafford and well she should not have been wearing that lo neck top because it serioulsy could of caused and accident. It is the first ever time I have prayed that the lights to turn red.

Really nice nosh but a bit pricey Yes it is, we had a group of 12, mums 75th, service was a bit slow, food wasn't too bad and prices refelected it not being full of screaming kids and the £5.99 cheap meat cuts and a plate of veg brigade . When I was a lad growing up in Talke Pits I used to deliver milk there when it was still a farm, they had a big fook off dog that would chase us, it was still chained to it's kennel but that didn't stop it dragging it around the farmyard  |

night out in Liverpool last night with it's normal fineries, look nice but sound Red Hot Buffet very good, not been to one before. Off to see what Belgium can offer for a couple of days now  |

been a great weekend for me Friday afternoon on the sea front at Plymouth with all the sailing totty watching the americas cup. Friday evening in Plymouth and a few fresher groups, the ladies wearing the plastic police outfits were quite revealing, saturday again in Plymouth and today the half marathon and some lovely lycra clad ladies, thanks to one in particular who decided to do her circular groin warm up 3 foot from me as I bent over to do my hamstring stretches |
