washing machine broke down last week
went to register the new one for the 10 year parts guarantee on the phone today, they wanted the model and serial number (even though they sold it to me) and the plate is on the back, it's already under the counter connected up ffs.
Would have been easier to send the Mrs down to the river weaver and bash the clothes on the rocks
