Reading their forums they seem to be playing 'our brand of football'.
They gave Pardew a 6 year deal not so long ago, it was always going end in tears that one ;D

Lots of rumours that Owen will be starting. Be interesting to see how Pulis fits him in, given Adam's recent improvement you wouldn't want him dropped. We need a big man up front, whether it be Jones or Crouch. Surely Owen couldn't play out wide? And given the fact we seem to have the system working, you wouldn't expect us to go back to 4411.
It'll certainly be intriguing.

I can't see Owen starting. Everything I've seen has seemed to say he won't be ready for a start tomorrow, but might against West Brom.
If he does start though, I can see it being for Adam. He covers more miles than any other player, and 3 games in 8 days might be too much for him. To be honest, I'd really like to see Owen and Crouch/Jones together from the start.

seems newcastel will be struggling to get 11 fit ones on the pitch. Thats us fucked then. :-(
on the bright side, I find Geordie girls accents really sexy.

The forecast is looking good for tonight, it's set to be below freezing by the end of the game. Does that mean the fat fuckers in the away end might actually have a t-shirt on tonight?!

Do you reckon I'll be able to get a ticket? I really want to go, even though I'll have to go on my lonesome.

Really looking forward to this. Should be cracking as long as we're as defensively solid as we have been at home so far this season, but more clinical up front. We should have won 3-0 against Fulham, so I'm hoping we can get at least 2 tonight

I can see Newcastle parking the bus tonight and trying to pinch it on the break.

Although Whelan's been playing well, the only way I can see Owen starting is if Adam drops a little deeper (which I wouldn't mind) and Owen plays just behind Crouch.
