Wasnt just mental in Smethwick, when Deano scored pub I was in went nuts...so much my Dad banged where the glasses were followed by a shower of pint glasses smashing on to the floor ;D. I still giggle when I think about it.

I had a bit of a mini-mental too.
But I was watching it on my laptop. At home. Alone. Even the dog had refused to come and sit with me.
NEA.

Great day. Almost got on MOTD2 before the game in The Vine (Brilliant curry in there btw) Nice walk to the ground next to some wannabe teenage Baggies hooligans, joining in with their singing ("You can stick your Naughty 40 up your arse"). They never twigged that we were Stoke fans, despite us adopting comedy accents (" Youm alroight Dharma?" etc) The way the stand bounced after Deano's goal. Watching a Stoke fan try and nick some flowers from a stall at the station, only for another stall-owner to spot him and threaten him with a walking stick ;D That was the first league away win I've seen since Crewe in 2005(?)

Oh, and it meant that I didn't have to stay in Sheffield while some filthy Burslem half-breeds crawled all over the place.
I can see Bramall Lane from my window- can you imagine what sort of a stink 3,000 Vale fans would've caused on Saturday?!
