N'Zogbia is better, more versatile and younger than Downing... what the fuck are Liverpool doing in the transfer market?!

Also Everton shipping out the average Lescott for £24million and bringing in Sylvain Distin for £5million. Distin is one of the best defenders I've seen Stoke play against in the Prem, certainly the fastest... so Everton easily filled the gap and the extra £19million made this one of the best transfer deals that I know of.
