Shea was poor today but its understandable in the circumstances.
Everybody dust the sand out of your vaginas and move on with the weekend.

I was expecting a player who could control a ball, run with it, make a pass.... As was everyone else. He's got a 6 page thread before he kicked a ball, I think most were expecting a little more than he offered today. He didn't manage to control a ball, or make any real impact on the game at all. I know it was shitbag circumstances and he'd been out injured but if Kightly came on and served that up, you'd be annoyed and that's a fact. He just couldn't grasp the basics today. Absolute fucking drivel I can't even be arsed to give a genuine reply because frankly, it doesn't deserve one You know it's true mate. The best people have come up with is "he had a shot" WOW. A shot which went wide in a 60 minute cameo. Christ. Any other offerings of what Brek Shea brought to the table today?

He had a shot and won the penalty.
Name 5 players who did more, and actual examples not 'Huth was solid at the back'

And don't say he won the penalty.
Barry Chuckle could have "won" it in them circumstances, but you wouldn't be supping your G&T saying what a prospect he is.

Begovic, Shotton, Huth, Shawcross, Whelan, NZonzi, Crouch even.
There's 7. Enjoy yourself.

I love N'Zonzi put he was fucking awful today, couldn't even do his usual business in passing; he lost his temper when got a broken nose & im very surprised he didn't get sent off today.

N'Zonzi was toss, gave the ball away in dangerous positions on multiple occaisions and should've been sent off. Huth left Berbatov for the goal and could have been sent off.

Crouch won every flick on first half.
NZonzi was the only one who could complete a pass first half. But he did lose his head and probably should have been sent off.
Huth headed the ball away which fell to Berbatov?
But granted, none had the all important shot that went wide.

How did Crouch have a better game? All he did was miss a one-on-one

At least it was on target, unlike Shea's efford which has really lightened up some peoples weekend.
And he won everything in the air first half

Berbatov dropped off Huth as the cross came in, Huth should've headed it out for a corner. Crouch's flick ins often went to nobody, when he had it at his feet he gave it away. N'Zonzi was toss, there's no way you can defend him really.

Shea's shot was much more difficult to pull off and actually very close. There's more excuse to miss that than a one on one.

I have logged onto 1863 haven't I?
Because all I'm seeing is irrational, weird agenda-driven, factless, moronic piss against Brek Shea that I'd expect to see on The OC
