A screeny can't be used as evidence if they're the ones covering up, it's not exactly hard to alter a screen if you know your way around Photoshop. It's worth a try as they may go for it though.
I'd have a look through the money saving expert forums or better still sign up and tell them your story and see where you stand, they love to help people in a position like yours.
Don't forget you can send it back no questions asked within 7 days of receiving the goods, so tell them you want a refund before the 7 days is up for their negligence.

Had a right old fucking time with the wifi. There's got to be something not quite right. When I first set up about 9 last night it was running at 11mbps download speed, which isn't terrible as the PS3 only gets about 13 max.
As the night went on and as I was testing remote play, the connection got really choppy. After numerous tests it was at a high of 3mbps and a low of about 250kbps. Fucking dire. Couldn't download shit all went to bed about 1am, turned the Superhub off at the wall and switched it back on this morning. No fucking difference. My laptop runs at around 15-20mbps and the vita can get similar, other devices we've got are the same, so it's got to be something with the PS4?
On the very rare occasion it would spike up to 13mbps but the majority of the time back to 3mbps. Eventually tried plugging up a wifi booster and hooking it up via ethernet and it's right up to 23mbps (on a 30mb line) so I think that's going to be my solution.
After moping about with that, I downloaded Resogun and Fifa. Not quite jaw dropping yet but it's proper wow stuff when you're used to this gen. Fifa is very pretty and the framerate is a beaut. Looks much better than in the videos online. When it's right infront of you on a big screen, it's brilliant. Resogun is a brilliant new take on classic gaming and fuck me does it look good.
The unit itself is almost silent, I can't hear it above the TV and even when jumping out of a game, into something like netflix and back again, it's just silent. Quite a relief after reports of people saying it's louder than a launch 360. Multitasking itself is seamless, as is the UI. It's snappy and mega responsive, that's the only way I can describe it.
The DS4 really is fantastic. I've packed it all away for Christmas now so coming back to the DS3, it feels so cumbersome and clumsy.

As far as I know most / all highstreet stores have sold out, more stock incoming next week but most will be sold to cover the backlog of orders from this batch.
Really, really surprised that it's sold out given the stock they've bought over.

Cancelled my pre order, just not feeling it at the minute.
Probably get one in the new year but with the PC propping me up there's no real need for it.
Would love to play NBA 2k14 but that's about the only game that excites me.

As good as it looks, think how good it'll look an a big screen. The fifa videos didn't do anything for me but seeing it play at home and interacting with it was way different.

Depends how much you like Fifa / how much you care for a smoother more rounded experience. It's the same game essentially but much sharper, the crowd looks excellent and there's stuff going on down the line (players warming up, managers etc- that may be on the current gen, I've no idea).
