All I can tell you about my ride is I left about half 5, got home fucked about half 8, max speed was curtailed at 28mph by a small dog, 29 miles and a pint at the half way point.

15 miles tonight and it fucked me, truth be known I was fucked after two and yet I did almost 30 the other day and felt fie... The fucks going on?

Did a 32 mile ride last week to stone & back, neck was fucked strangely.
Heading out for another ride soon, hope my neck doesn't go fucked again.

20 miles on the roufpghest canal path ever yesterday, quite hard!
Been up Cannock chase today with little un, she was riding, I was spectating. Fucking awesome place for cycling... The Lycra clad women are equally as impressive.

Done fuck all lately but I me hopeful of buying a full sus cube... And I've had a new jacket.
Anyway, took the daughter (5yo) to rudyard for her first bike ride at the wknd... She managed 3.1 miles on her tiny 12 wheels... Little legs were going like the clappers when she hit a massive 8mph!

Prep = granola, bacon n egg sarnie, x3 cups of tea, energy gel.
Diet wise I'm guessing I'm not too far off pro standard?
