Enjoyed the game, WP had a few wayward passes, the 3 midfielders didnt quite work yet, all a bit deep together, we need that one going forward more, good match time for those not had much so far this season. The bloke next to me did my head in, he hasnt been since southampton away, negative all the time even when we were 2 up, in the end I told him to 'shut the fook up you are doing my head in'
Glad my brother lives on the south coast and I dont see very often

Talking to a mate that went this morning said:
-The mistake from the goal did come from the midfield but we strolled it all night, Walsall barely got a sniff.
-Ryan still doesn't look overly comfortable on the ball.
-Kenwyne did more than Crouch contributes on based on last season, the two games this year, looked much sharper and should defiantly start on Saturday.
-Muniesa's quality is obvious and should be a massive asset.
-Shea was a bit shit.

only problem with kenwyne is he couldn't be arsed to get himself back onside half the time, quite a few times we won the ball and midfield went to pass it to him and he was still strolling back and the midfield had to pass it sideways, if we'd stepped up and that team was fully match fit we could have 6

My two favourite quotes from last night, both from the same bloke, were "Shawcross still hoofing it, we haven't changed at all" and "Stop trying to pass it short Ryan, you're not a good enough footballer".

This game was the first game I've really enjoyed in ages. Yes there were some errors (we discussed whether Tommy and the defence were playing a massive game of chicken some of the passing was so kamikaze) and it is possible we could've stepped it up a bit and really punished them but in the end I went home happy. I don't want to jinx anything but after 45 minutes against league one opposition that Assaidi looked pretty damn good....

People saying we looked shaky and sloppy tonight. We fucking strolled through it in neutral. I'd be surprised if any of our players broke a sweat.Kenwyne certainly didn't "LOL"
