Henry was pretty much a complete player. Could create chances from nothing, score when it seemed near impossible, pretty strong, quick and an allround excellent finisher. If he wasn't on the scoresheet, he'd usually have a hand in the other goals

Henry was a joy to watch. Watched the 2006 World Cup final highlights the other week and he was fucking superb. Ripped the Italian defence apart at times and was unlucky not to bag some goals, he had a fucking good goalkeeper to get past. (Buffon)

Henry was average at best, remember that time when he didn't dominate the game and score a superb solo goal? When Arsenal went the season unbeaten with him in the team I remember him having a pretty quiet game near the beginning of that run. I just think Carlton Cole is a more consistent and well rounded player, probably the best ever Prem striker. It's a toss-off up between him and Ameobi.

Henry was a more complete forward but christ RVN was one hell of a goalscorer.
Edit: Bergkamp was a fucking special player as well. Probably the best skill and vision within one player ever in the prem.

Henry was a more complete forward but christ RVN was one hell of a goalscorer. Henry goals per game at Arsenal: 0.68 (254 games, 174 goals) RVN goals per game at Man Utd: 0.63 (150 games, 95 goals)

Beattie: 0.27 (overall in the Prem) 0.33 (for Southampton).
Maybe he had a good record by their standards.

Is there also an assists per game for them?

Premier League all time assists table:
1) Giggs - 98 2) Lampard - 85 3) Fabregas - 80 4) Gerrard - 76 5) Henry - 67 6) Rooney - 67 7) Drogba - 58 8) Anelka - 54 9) Ashley Young - 53 10) Gareth Barry - 52
This is from the Premier League website but it doesn't look accurate, I doubt every assist has been recorded properly.

Hard to argue against Henry with those stats, but I'll go for Shearer as the complete striker.
He also spent most of his career knocking them in for less fashionable clubs than the Arse. Imagine how many he'd have got if he had actually signed for ManUtd when they twice tried to buy him.

I really wanted Beattie to get his 100 Prem goals. Wasn't he on like 95-97ish when he left us? Really wanted him to copy his first year form at Stoke to save Blackpool too. Swansea/Norwich should take a punt on the fat cunt so he can shunt and give the ball a bunt to save them.

Beattie got booed by the Blackpool fans last week when they played Rangers and got chants 'You were fucking useles' and 'You fat bastard' ;D
My head says Henry but my heart says Bergkamp, he was the closest thing the Prem's had to Zidane.
