Do you lot butter a bacon sarnie?
Now I know bacon; and i never butter a bacon sarnie, a bit of dip yes, but never butter.
Anyway, had an 8 pack that's going out of date so I've just cooked it all up for my sarnies tomorrow. As I was making work sarnies I automatically buttered the bread by mistake, as it was there I baconed it up.
Having cooked bacon I had to eat some, so I tried half a round, and then another.
By fuck it was good! And I think the butter payed a major part, your thoughts?

I always put butter on bread, regardless of what's going on it
Then again, I like the taste of butter

There will be votes for no butter,it's the norm for bacon sarnies isn't it Im scared and ashamed that I may have been getting it horribly wrong for the last 33 years.

Never eaten Shish before last night. Thought I'd go rogue and order the 'special' kebab from Turkish Delight in Hartshill. It was so fucking good I nearly cried. I always think of shish as a cherubs poo, it's that fucking good!

I knocked up some oatcakes from scratch last week, whole household enjoyed it.
So did the bastards at work who stole them as they had never seen them before...
