Not too bad, cholesterol up again 5.8  so I'm having a shed load of cheese tonight as it's Christmas eve ;D Liver levels slightly high, she looked at me and said 'alcohol?' Apart from that I've only got a 3% score for getting a heart attack in the next 10 years, not sure what the score is though Chipped tooth though not a lost filling - 2 choices I had, pancakes with maple syrup or scrambled egg on toast, most expensive bit of toast I've ever had, cost me £49 at the dentist 5.8? puff. Took an old BSA motorbike for restoration to Mansfield today. Been to their ground before but a long time ago. Nice little town .ground pretty central and looks cool but most of all an awesome American Comic Shop which did me for a few quid.

No idea where he is now, possibly Djibouti or Henley on Thames. |
