Never tried Orange Curd until today and in my humble opinion - it's better than the ever popular Lemon Curd. Sainsbury's also do a Lime Curd too but that might be a bit too kinky. So patrons of The Red and White Lion what are your opinions of these less traditional curds?

Having only ever sampled lemon I can't vote, I will endeavour to check out what orange and lime have to offer ASAP.

Never even knew the existence of alternative curds. Must investigate.
Where's curds and whey in your poll? Wheycist.
Sorry to hijack this curd thread with shit jokes but on the subject of foods who's tried Morrison's smoked and salted almonds?
Addictively nice and good for you too.

Strange how everyone has abstained from casting their second vote. Surely matters of national importance like this deserve two votes.

I have to admit, this thread has only just reminded me of the existence of lemon curd. Now I find out that there are, at least, two more curds.
Just done a bit of digging:
There is also raspberry curd, passionfruit curd, mango curd, cranberry curd & blackberry curd.

I had a jar of orange curd brought for me today. Bloody horrible stuff. There was also a jar of clementine marmalade which was much nicer.

When I was a kid I used to like cheese and lemon curd sandwiches. Never tried the other varieties but I will definitely give them a go.

I've had banana curd-it was very nice.
Only found it in a couple of places-Staperly Water Gardens was one but sadly it is no-more.

I think I may have got some once from Trentham Gardens, though I may be mistaken.
It is very hard to find-but once you do you'll never want any other curd.

I imagine that this afternoon - Poisoned Monkey's dog was tied up outside Sainsburys in the rain while PM was inside filling his trolley with bargain priced lemon curd.
