Really nice win. I forgot how much I hate West Ham. I wish Nolan would just SHUT THE FUCK UP! Never stopped gobbing off to the ref, was relentless.
Great to see Arnie full of confidence, he tore them apart. The Wingie finish was also beautiful.

Have to say they had a genuine goal ruled out and played well. Carroll was tremendous and had Bego all over the place. Fair play to a depleted Stoke side. As for Villa, we are better than them.

I take it you mean the Nolan goal that was ruled out for offside. He was in front of Begovic, there needs to be two players (one is normally the keeper) between the player receiving the ball and the goal. Carroll caused us all kinds of problems early doors, he faded as the game wore on but looks like the kind of player Kenwyne Jones would be if he gave a fuck about football. I still wouldn't like to see him in an England shirt though, you'll notice an Andy Carroll foul in the build-up to every meaningful West Ham attack - that won't translate well to the international game.

Looking again the linesman got it spot on you're right. Was another moment of uncertainty from Begovic which is unlike him. No reasom why we can't go to Villa now and take at least a point

This win inspired me to get my Villa ticket last night ;D. Was going to fuck it off at £39 when it's just £23 for them, even if it is my closest ground.
But what the hell, not been to many games this season and surely we have to win there sometime soon?
Goooarrrrn Stoke

I've watched our second goal about ten times, it's a thing of beauty.

Anybody else think that the alleged Muniesa "stonewall penno" handball was an Andy Carroll foul? I've tried to see past it, put on my best neutral glasses, come at it from an England/Spain angle, convinced myself that I was in love with Andy Carroll; it's all just not working, I can only see him jumping for the ball with his elbow in Muniesa's neck, practically having him in a headlock before Muniesa's elbow touches the ball.
Gets away with using his arms a lot does Andy Carroll. He gave Wilson a swift elbow as the ball came in for the build-up to his 2nd half effort that Begovic saved with his legs, a lesser defender an Arsenal defender would have been out for 6 months after that and Carroll sent off.

I'm still smiling. It was made even better by them taking a 1-0 lead and their deluded southern shirtlifting fans thinking they were on for a win and giving it large, only to be royally fucked over by the mighty potters ;D
It's West Aaaaam and they are shit ;D
