Coffee Mate is not only better than milk but is your mate as well as the name suggests. Milk offers no friendship at all

Its handy in an emergency, like after an earthquake or nuclear attack when the fridge is off and the shops shut for a couple of days.

Its handy in an emergency, like after an earthquake or nuclear attack when the fridge is off and the shops shut for a couple of days. Stobli powdered Scandanavian milk powder if also very nice but pricey to import. A bit more textured than coffee mate and has a cool silver packet with a picture of what looks like ducks in a field on the front. Worth checking out the Oslo Supermarkets for next time you find yourself in one of their branches of Ferdil or Mupli.

Sounds good, do you have any advice on where I can source canned butter and powdered eggs??? Try Mrs Moffat's old time corner shoppe in Clacton. I highly suggest the treacle toffee and edible naughty gas masks

No, it was during the miners strike and we'd ran out of coal for the boiler, she did volunteer being the oldest.

Handle fell off saucepan. Drilled it all out then put a big fuckoff bolt through it all, doesn't look the prettiest but it's certainly solid! Still going strong you'll all be glad to hear! Next undertaking is to convert my daughters pink bike into my sons blue bike; full strip down, respray & rebuild this weekend.

r At only 3 years old, I think he'll struggle with the build TBH. You'd have thought his dad would have had the kit to knock that up, I guess he prefers polishing his tool(s).

you could stick toe-nail clippings to the wet paint for added textural finish.
