It's one of these slow cook BBQs, all the rage, keeps the meat more tender you see.
You get to eat it in February.

I have talked opening a Texas style bbq in the UK for years, so this is an interesting thread. Would a true southern bbq really work in the UK. Pork and beef bbq sauce. It's usually bought by the pound here and served on a paper plate with a slice of beard. Here is a link to the best bbq on the planet imo www.jackstackbbq.com/barbecue/c/barbecue/?gclid=CNeHvMS8zcwCFQkyaQodc1wN1A

Its a food shop thing, I expected it to be some sort of huge thing like a volcanic crater filled with charcoal with helicopters dropping giant steaks onto it.

Do you guys think southern bbq would go over in the UK?
And have any of you ever had it in your travels to the southern states?

If over-rated and over-priced Mexican food can be a success in the UK then I'm sure top quality barbecue food would sell very well. Pulled Pork and stuff like that was unheard of a few years ago but is becoming fairly common now (quality is not always the best). I imagine the real thing would sell fantastically well.

1st let me get the invite out that if any of you are ever in Dallas I'll take y'all to get bbq.
True bbq with the 'fixens' is a most.
Running a smoker cooking pork and drinking beer most of the day in London would be pretty cool.... Right by a Muslim neighborhood....
