The biggest problem with it are the amount of scripts that run when you are on it. It links to at least 60 other servers - all grabbing your data - that's how the Sentinel get it for free - it's rinsing your personal data.
If you want a better browsing experience on sites like that (and not unwittingly give your personal data away) I'd recommend running Firefox with the "NoScript" add on loaded (and AdBlocker). Takes a bit of getting used to but it really does make sites like that run faster and smoother. Every site you visit usually runs a few scripts, most run a lot and a few take the piss, like The Sentinel...
