I had quite an in depth conversation with someone about this the other day; he genuinely believed in the above, aliens farming mono-atomic gold, the something 12, higher beings living for hundreds of years...
I almost questioned myself for a moment!

Chap I know the same, moon landing, 9-11......my fave was the beheading of that poor soldier, never happened apparently and his ridiculous photoshopped pics proved it. Was a lie to incite hate riots.
