Having a killer cold and as stressful few weeks, I find myself dropping from an unhealthy 11 stone to an even more unhealthy 10st 3lb.
Looking to put some weight back on in the coming weeks / days; I'm thinking of consuming beer, bread, full englishes and maybe some takeaway.
Any tips?

Eating food is good for weight gain.

sudden weight loss could be a sign of cancer.
don't eat all the fatty stuff, it will go straight to your organs and gut as there will be too much for the body to digest, that's not healthy.
Build up muscle as that weighs more than fat in the same body area.
Don't drink water or beer before meals, this can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often, graze, healthy snacks Drink milk Try weight gainer shakes Use bigger plates, size of a spaceship Add cream to your coffee

Jonesy! On a more cheery note, you probably haven't got cancer.........
Your weight loss might be caused by AIDS

My barse/taint/nocher/biffin bridge etc always itches when I'm in bed, what does Dr Northy recommend? As for the original question, I have 2 stone spare, Paypal me 200 quid and I'll send it to you.

Well it's about 90p a lb, how it works is like carbon offsets, u send the cash and I send you a cert to say I'm 2 stone heavier than I'd like to be , no worries
And I promise you that in 100 years, this will be commonplace if not a legal requirement
