I suspect I may be wearing the au pairs underwear to work. My bundle of getting dressed clothing I took in the bathroom this morning appeared to include a pair of shorts type boxers that are too small for me, they are not my sons so they must be hers. I couldnt be arsed going out onto the landing back to my room for another pair so I thought "feck it" and squeezed them on. They are not sexy ones. I'm so metro.

Fortunately I've got a topped up Oyster Card, so I can use the London Underground for travel in Cockneyshire instead of attempting to run. |

There was an old lady in the hotel I was in, she was 75-79 age group and did it in 6 hrs 3 minutes ! |

Edinburgh marathon last Sunday 3.47.00 was on for a sub 3.40 and a new PB but the jocko weather was shite, last 7 miles was into a full on headwind and knocked about 10 minutes off my time  |
