We need to score first to give our team of fragile souls a bit of confidence then maybe we might win.

They have good strikers but the rest of the team is pretty lousy. We haven't scored in 2 games mind you but West Brom's defence isn't so great. Fancy us 2-1

A few changes to the starting line-up. Hope this starting eleven can do the job.

Also....
James Mcclean isn't a centre forward.
Sam Clucas is a utility player which is a polite term for a footballer who is average in several positions.
The entire team appear to be scared to take any risks in attack.
Joe Allen works hard and did very well at times today but his corners are poor.
Ryan Woods is confusing me. He was great when he first arrived at Stoke but seems lost in our midfield now.
Our build up play is still far too slow.
Car alarms are bloody annoying.
Danny Batth looks a quality player. I hope we don't destroy him.
Some of our fans are fucking dickheads without an ounce of patience. If we don't win a match soon they will be wanting another manager sacked.
The Oatcake boat didn't have a queue after the match and my cheese double oatcake was the highlight of my match day experience.
There wasn't a massive difference between us and WBA in terms of quality.
The duck billed platypus is a strange looking creature.
Bringing on Ryan Shawcross to play up front for the last few minutes would be a good idea only if we didn't have a £12million striker on the bench.
Championship referees are rubbish.
I think Jack Butland is so slow at distributing the ball because he has zero confidence in our defence.
Etebo played well today.
A draw today would have been a fair result.
We could be a real threat on the counter atrack if our players were quicker in thought and less ponderous.
Last season I hoped I would never see Charlie Adam in a Stoke shirt again but now I wish he wasn't injured.
That's enough thoughts for now.

More thoughts....
On a positive note whilst Stoke were not great today. The performance wasn't terrible. The players looked slightly fitter and for more of the time looked properly organised. The goal we conceded was sloppy but West Brom only created two or three goal scoring opportunities in the match. Midfielders tracking back and helping out the defence hasn't always happened this season but today the midfield worked harder and limited the Baggies attacking opportunities.
We had a few half chances to score and with the right starting line up could see more positive attacking play to give us more scoring chances in future games.
There is no reason for too much doom and gloom just yet...
