I think I've been kidnapped by aliens, I was doing part 3 of my workout, a second 12 minutes on the crosstrainer and I couldnt work out why the numbers seemed off, as I tend to go at a similar pace and intensity, the clock was 2 minutes ahead of what it should have been at 15 minutes yet the distance and calories were "correct" for 13 minutes. My bottom feels entirely normal however, apart from not having my 3 runny shits a day which is in itself odd.......
