Left back Morgan Fox is expected to become our first signing of this window. It could even be done today according to the Sentinel. He is available for free as his contract is up at Sheffield Wednesday.

Julien Ngoy has today joined KAS Eupen in his native Belgium in a permanent transfer.
Talented young footballer but only seven first team appearances in four years and question marks about his attitude won't be a great loss.
He could have done better in his time at Stoke but I don't suppose the constant changing of managers has helped his development here. Good luck to him back in Belgium.

Someone filmed some blokes going into the Bet365 stadium. One of the blokes looked a bit like former Chelsea star John Obi Mikel. Today the Sentinel are reporting that we are trying to sign him.
Also James Chester is still training with us after his loan spell has ended so we are possibly going to sign him permanently.
Both players would be free transfers.

James Chester signed permanently on Monday. I suppose he's a decent signing for free. Had a few bad games on loan but did very well in others. Maybe regular football will help his consistency.

John Obi Mikel could be signing for us on a free transfer according to various newspapers.
Looks like we will have a squad of old experienced players and youngsters from the academy.
