Not sure what exactly this means for Chelsea and its fans but no ticket sales will be allowed for matches going forward. Season ticket holders can still attend. Looks like no away fans - if ticket sales are stopped. Maybe they will be allowed to give away tickets for free?

Expect a government u-turn in the next week or so but if not Chelsea could be shafted. Not sure whether to laugh or be horrified.
