I turn 50 in December so only another 17 years until I can retire unless the horrible bastards in charge raise the retirement age again. Hopefully I can retire a few years earlier as working until 67 is a joke.

I doubt I'll make it to retirement, I'm 39 now if I'm lucky enough to actually make retirement it will probably be about the age of 80 knowing my luck

You will be too old for swings and roundabouts when you retire. Also hanging around children's play areas at that age is a bit Prince Andrew. |

got a long way to go yet. Got savings and paying in to pension schemes in the hope of finishing at 63 but that depends on a lot of things including this winters gas bill!

Retired early but then opened up a second hand dinghy and life jacket shop in Dover , it’s marvellous what you kind find on the beach nowadays, I’m making a fortune
