Watford at home next. We are not playing until Sunday with a 12 O'clock kick off. Cheers for that Sky sports.
Looks like it's a new month and yet another new manager for our next opponents. Watford have appointed Slav Bilic as their latest new manager.
Hopefully we will have a few players back from injury although Jacob Brown is still injured and Jordan Thompson only lasted for 10 minutes for Northern Ireland tonight before getting injured so he might be out too.
Goaarrn etc.

New manager factor, meh! On the plus side, at least I'll be able to watch it down my local.

Gino Pozzo who owns Watford has sacked 17 managers in his 10 years there. Hope we beat them 10-0 and they sack their new manager after 1 game.

We are not far off being a brilliant team. We just need to learn how to defend, pass the ball to team mates instead of the opposition and not be shit infront of goal.
Today was not good.

Gave away soft goals but matched a very good Watford team early on. must defend better and stop snatching at shots and sending them over the bar or wide. Composure in front of goal and shots on target helps to change games. it,s worrying that Gayle and Delap start every game but neither have scored yet.

Didn't see any of the match tonight. From the stats it looked like we weren't great but the only stat that counts is the final score. 1-1 away from home is decent.
Final score Burnley 1 Mighty(ish) Potters 1

Posting this while walking to the ground. It's a lovely sunny autumn day. My pre-match poo was lovely too.

Unexpected and well earned. The best team won! Could have gone disastrously wrong when Sheffield United fluffed an early chance but we dug in, played some nice football at times and made less daft mistakes. Even after the Blades equalised we kept trying and grabbed a second in the last few seconds of first half injury time. A timely goal from Liam Delap to make the game safe late on. Good to see happy faces on the walk back from the ground.
Final score: Majestic Potters 3 - Rusty Blades 1

Great result on Satuday. Sheffield United goal was probably out of play before the cross. its hard to tell, in one picture the ball looks out but in another from a different angle it is maybe still in. Still it dosn,t matter as we scored 3 great goals and played well.

Preston away next. they don't score many but they are hard to score against. Don't usually bet on Stoke but I might have a few quid on a 0-0 draw

We haven't had a lucky mascot for a while. Every little helps! I think we might sneak a 1-0 victory.
