I took a picture of the score board after the final whistle to prove we scored four but it's as rubbish as some of our home performances this season. It says STOKE 4 READING 0 honestly!  |

Gayle up front made a big difference. Laurent in midfield had a great game which took pressure off Baker and Willy Smallbone so they were able to play better. We scored early to boost the player's confidence and kept the boo boys quiet and helped with a more positive atmosphere from the crowd. I'm sure that benefited our team. We missed a couple of chances to score but were able to twat the ball into the back of the net at important times in the match which changes the whole game and makes life so much easier.
Reading are not fantastic. Tom Ince was their best player but having said that they are not a terrible team. We have played much worse teams than them this season and failed to win.
The players have got to keep it up now and all will be well.
