 Had one of these the other night at Bert's in Newcastle (which is brilliant for beer). It's an 8% Belgian ale and absolutely fantastic. Also recommend the Schneider Weisse and Brooklyn Brown Ale in there. |

Been drinking Thistley Cross Scottish cider tonight. Fermented in old whisky casks which gives it a smooth and not too harsh after taste of whisky. Very pleasant indeed but as well as making me warm and merry it has also given me the shits. Another splattery poo is on its way!
Excuse me, I need to pay another visit.........
