It was all about getting us established in the prem and getting things sorted behind the scenes so we were looked at as a proper prem outfit, raising our profile and allowing us to attract a better calibre player. Theyve achieved all these things admirably. The thing is I think they over achieved. Reaching the FA Cup final and getting European football so soon may mean the next three year plan, whatever it involves, wont be revealed publicly. Im sure TP and the Coates family (heard of them ? ) have sat down and discussed it but they wont tell us this time. I dont really care about the plans anyway, just sit back and enjoy the ride ;D

I reckon he probably massively underestimated how we'd do, and expected us to finish 15th-17th for a couple of years and to just keep our heads above the water... I don't believe in a million years when he came out with the "Three Year Plan" malarkey that we'd achieve successive mid-table finishes, an FA Cup Quarter Final followed by an FA Cup Final (having been the highest scoring winners at Wembley for 60-odd years), Europa League qualification and a piss easy walk through into the group stages!
If you gave him that list three or four years ago and asked him how long it would take to achieve that, I bet he'd say over a decade!

If I was Pulis and had something significant to say about a new plan to replace the old three year plan, I'd wait until the end of the transfer window to do it. To say anything before the window closes would be daft in my opinion.
