Watched Rush the other day, really liked it and it made me order Grand Prix which I still think is the best racing film, Rush also reminded me of the golden age of Scalextric

I watched King Kong and it made me really want to punch Jack Black in the face. Oddly all the other films have seen him in have made me feel the same way. He's turned into my new Eddie Murphy/Robin Williams hate figure.

Watched the A-Team the other night as there was literally fuck all else on. Wasn't bad I suppose but Liam Neeson must be the most typecast actor in history. He sounded exactly like his character in Taken. I know it's hard to change your voice but it was almost like he was playing the bloke out of Taken playing Hannibal Smith in the A Team.
It passed a few hours.

Any of you lot watched Fury? I thought it was fucking ace! Brad really doesn't like Ze Germans does he? Yeah, forgot to mention it a few weeks ago. Great Nazi killing action. Didn't know which way it was going at times due how well written and acted the characters were (Shia Labeouf and Brad Pitt were great in this) as they weren't the typical all American hero stereotypes, in fact some of the characters are quite abrasive. Quite unlike normal American portrayal of their troops. I don't normally score films so high but I really enjoyed it. Minus a point for the distinct lack of Allies outside the American contingent. 9/10 |

Skyfall is one of my favourite films. Daniel Craig is brilliant. Have you seen how much he is reportedly earning from the Spectre?!
Can't see this one being anywhere near the same level.
The song has grown on me.
