I heard the report on the radio this morning and it's a bizarre system.

The strange thing was that I was out with friends yesterday and their son had recently been to Argentina on holiday and had taken a boat across the river Plate into Uruguay which led to a discussion about the team and whether there was a town of the same name. Bloody professor of geography and he didn't know
