I have an average sized town, slightly bigger than my closest neighbour, Stockholm. They have a better military at the moment but I'm slowly building mine up, once I have a better military should I declare war on Stockholm? I want more towns so I can produce more stuff, but I don't know if it works like that. Not sure how V works but.. Have you "built" another Settler? I end up with around 6-12 cities in the end Also, if you've got a smaller military and only one city then going to war would just end up with you losing Yeah I've just got my 2nd city. I'm not planning on going to war yet, but my army is increasing in size, once I get an army big enough I'm just wondering whether Stockholm would become mine if I beat it in a war?

If you were to defeat all the military personnel within Stockholm then it would become part of your empire. There's another way of doing it where if your culture borders are right next to it but it depends on how old that city is and how strong the border is and it might "flip" over to your empire via a public revolt But if you go to war with the Swedish? empire then there'll be long term consequences
