The level of fuckwittery regarding this on the OC is staggering. It's easy enough to fall into the trap of becoming uppernosed cunters but you just have to realise who we are, where we are at.

I've been having a glance on there today: Woodgate isn't good enough. No, not injury-prone or a waste of money, he's simply not good enough! Gibson isn't any better than what we've got (Diao, Whelan, Whitehead & Delap (  ), therefore a waste of money and wages A slight link with Lucas and Muamba on the 'NEW SIGNINGS' thread, and half of the numptys on there think they are average, and we should be in for the likes of Xavi and Modric... |

I like how Sky Sports News are reporting that Stoke v Chelsea is going to be televised: "A tricky first game for Chelsea's new boss."
Part of me is still in the mindset of the young lad who's team is second favourites at a tricky game away to Rotherham on a freezing Tuesday night... and now we're a tricky game for one of the big 4. Just awesome.

I agree apart from with Gibson, he isn't good enough to be in our first team (and at £40k a week that's where he'd have to be). He struggles to get ahead of championship players in the Ireland team... |

He only struggles because he doesn't play. If he was playing week in, week out he'd piss his way into the Ireland first XI. He shits on any of our current CMs and I'd take him in a flash!
