I'm much happier than I thought I'd be with this signing.
We've got three quality centre backs now, with Higgy to come back. I think we just need one young CB in as cover now.

I wouldn't be unhappy with Hargreaves at all, but with the 25 man squad, maybe it would be unwise to have both. |

If he bowled up with something like Ric would wear, or like Gudjohnson in a t shirt and leather jacket or again for example Wilson in a fucking hoodie, just gives you the impression they aren't that phased or arsed about it. But looking a bit smart, shows they are interested and haven't got the same mentality as a lot of footballers have these days. Just like any typical job interview I guess, but you'd expect. It's a bit silly but just from that photo it makes me think he's really keen on this. Like we're doing him a favour rather than the other way round. Good lad. |
