Hi , A new poster so take it easy  Just looking at the Castle Town Game on Wednesday , The First team were looking good as they Played the 2nd half , but does it not worry you that our first half team is our back up ? First half we looked poor , and them players will more than likely be needed with us being in Several competitions this year , and the extra insentive of europe. Does the depth of the squad worry you ? Do you have confidence in any of that 1st Half Newcastle town team apart from the few regulars Mixed in , to come into the first team in a crucial game ? Kind of agree.
When you have Lund playing upfront with Shotton going up for the last 20, you know it's time for a striker.
With competitive games ahead, we need players/cover in quick.
Wing and upfront especially.
Would like to see that trialist in action, was he any good?

Imo it would be a wise decision to offer him a deal |

Discuss Yes it does worry me a bit if i'm honest but i think it must be incredibly difficult trying to improve a squad, but not putting the club in jepordy by going over board on wages. I really think we are now in a position where we can attract some quality players, but trying to keep them all happy would be a momoth task. I think we are seen buy quality players as a good club to go to if your going to play week in week out (i.e. pennant ethers kj). what worries me more is our lack of home grown players, if we had/have any of these say 4/5 that were fringe first team i think this would ease the pressure of buying in squad players. what eases my worries is that everyday i'm greatful of where/who we are would hate to see us going down the shitter due to paying over the odds.
