Found myself smoking over Xmas and decided to spend a couple of quid on a better device (I'd had some success with the nicolite type things in supermarkets) I now have one of these www.vapourlites.com/innokin-endura-t18.htmlWith the right liquids, it's enough of a treat when I have a beer that I don't go back to smoking Only problem is I'm using it shed loads and now have a new thing to give up, although I'm sure less damaging to my body |

14 weeks on a vape now. Never going back. Feel so much fucking better for it and can use it in most pubs.
Cost me the grand sum of about £3-5 a week as opposed to £60-70.

I go to Totally Wicked in Fenton. The 18mg Storm and Rye4 is the tits. Upgraded to a curve and it's a lovely little bit of kit. ove the fact I don't stink of fags all the time as well. |

I'm south coast but have a decent nobacconist shop local, they stock www.vampirevape.co.uk/e-liquid/10ml-bottles.html liquids I've tried both the heisenberg and pinkman which are superb, using the 60VG/40PG mix and dropped from 12mg to 6mg strength which seems to give a smoother throat hit |

Think I'm on my 4th unit and feeling better for it but realise I need to quit these too; it's cheap enough but I give the "vape shop" a tenner every couple of weeks or so.
*not strictly true, I boshed off about 400 embassy during a weekend in Benidorm a couple of years ago!

There's more Diacetyl (cause of popcorn lung) in tobacco than there is in Vape fluids, and most fluids (at least decent brands) these days are Diacetyl free

Popcorn ling can fuck off, and in any case it's better than cancer which is almost guarentee if I continued to smoke.
As shiny said, avoid overly sweet "juice" and buy decent brands (I use tempest) and it's looking okish.... Untill medical evidence suggests otherwise!

I wouldn't dream of smoking that shit I'll be honest! Whenever I've tried cheap liquids I've found they discolour easily, taste shit, don't like higher voltage and aggravate my chest... but apart from that, they're OK! That said, at 79p I might give them another try*  * I pay a tenner for 3 bottles. |
