Tim Sherwood - a man who has effectively destroyed any chance of being taken seriously for a managerial career in just a few short months. Amazing.

Tim Sherwood - a man who has effectively destroyed any chance of being taken seriously for a managerial career in just a few short months. Amazing. I'm not sure if he's not just being stitched up by the media cos he's not the big name they want at Spurs. He has got a great win record so far, higher than any other manager under Levy, apart from games against the top 4 obviously, but he's still got a great win record. He does appear a bit volatile but I just can't tell with him yet if he is being stitched up or if he is a knob!

He brought Adebayor back into the frame who's scoring for fun at the minute.... Fuck knows what he's done to the rest of the multi million pound squad though!

The media will conveniently over-look knobbish behaviour when it suits. He's definitely got me thinking what a bellend but maybe you're right.

Sherwood has been stitched up from day one, he was never the media's choice and was never going to last. But he is a knob for that salute.

"Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood has emerged as a candidate to take over as West Brom head coach should the Baggies dispense with the services of Pepe Mel in the summer. Full story: Wolverhampton's Express & Star"
Oh please let it be true ;D
Unrelated gossip: "Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis has been given the go-ahead to bring 6ft 7in Brondby striker Simon Makienok, 23, to Selhurst Park. Full story: Daily Express"
Good ol Tone, sticking to what he knows best ;D

Also, I like Sherwood. That Spurs team is an utter mess, they had a great chance to build a top four squad with the Bale money, but absolutely botched it. I don't think any other manager would have done a better job under the circumstances.

Things like the Adebayor salute can fuck off, and I read that he was partly to blame for AVB's sacking but from what I've seen of him he seems like a nice guy of genuine intent. Was a coolguy thing to do bringing on that fan behind the dugout too.

Dunna worry Sherwood will get another prem job under the 'jobs for the boys' premier league club rules Personally I think he did a decent enough job but I think he'd be punching well above his weight as permanent Spurs manager.

Mate of mine works at a West Midlands golf course. Today and tomorrow the Prem Lge refs are meeting up for an end of season social event. Nothing official apparently, just a chance for them all to let off steam and decide who is going to stitch up Stoke City next year.
He's not a Stoke fan, my mate, but a Blues supporter, the poor sod. Anyway, he said out of all of them one really stood out as a tosser. "Hair all gelled up into a trendy spike (he's in his forties ffs!), strutted around like he was the dog's bollocks, sounded like he didn't have much education" were his words.
Ladies and gents, I give you
Andre Marriner
Shall I go along tomorrow and offer to caddy for him? How many shots was that, Andre? Was that a guess?
